Your role as a real estate agent
You are responsible for the entire sales process within your exclusive region of Meetjesland & Ghent:
- Prospecting and acquisition of high-quality real estate in Oostduinkerke, Nieuwpoort, Veurne, Diksmuide, Poperinge, and the surrounding areas
- Purchase and valuation of exclusive properties
- Sale and support up to the notary
- Building a high-quality customer network in the region
Who are we looking for?
- BIV-certified real estate agent
- Experience in (luxury) real estate, affinity with exclusive properties
- Discreet, professional, and customer-focused
- Commercial talent with entrepreneurial spirit
- Appreciation for architecture, interior design, and high-quality finishes
- Strong networker with a passion for real estate
- Preferably known in the South West Flanders & Midwest region
