Your region
Your work area covers Southeast Flanders; we’ll determine your specific focus municipalities (in the Flemish Ardennes and/or Dender Region) in consultation with you. A region with enormous potential for exclusive real estate, where you, as a licensed agent, will make a difference.

Your Role as a Real Estate Agent
You are responsible for the entire sales process within your exclusive region:
- Prospecting and acquiring high-end real estate
- Purchasing and appraising exclusive properties
- Sales and support through the closing process
- Building a high-quality client network in the region
Who are we looking for?
- BIV-certified real estate agent or BIV trainee
- Experience in (luxury) real estate, affinity for exclusive properties
- Discreet, professional, and customer-focused
- Commercial talent with an entrepreneurial spirit
- An eye for architecture, interior design, and high-quality finishes
- Strong networker with a passion for real estate
- Preferably well-known in the region
