Benjamin Eneman joins Chapter and group Francois as COO
The real estate market is changing rapidly, and Chapter continues to grow steadily. To effectively manage this operational growth and strengthen the synergy between our offices, we will be welcoming a familiar face to a new role starting in June 2026. Benjamin Eneman will join as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the entire Francois Group, of which Chapter is an important part.
A familiar face in a new key role
Benjamin is by no means a stranger to the organization. A native of Ostend, he studied real estate at HOGENT and has built a strong reputation within the group over the past eight years. He began his career as a licensed real estate agent at the Ostend office, simultaneously launching his own businesses, and now knows the profession and the market inside and out. That hands-on perspective is exactly what his new role as COO requires.
In this position, he will assume day-to-day operational management. He will provide intensive support to the various offices and brands, streamline processes, and work toward further professionalizing the partner network. He will carry out these responsibilities from De Compromis in Loppem, the group’s headquarters.
